    More than just a program

    More than just a program. It generates programs for you using exercises that you pick. And it’s not just one program generator. It’s two. You can potentially pick a few exercise that you have to do in a gym and the rest of the exercises at home. You have the flexibility!

    Perfect set up

    I originally bought the built strong minimalist several months ago and liked the ease of program design so when I saw there was a decent sale going on for this one I jumped on it. It's perfect! As a physical therapist I design programs for people all day and am burned out by the time it comes to my own. The plug and play nature of this program is great, allows me to pick the exercises I want to focus on and even can add an exercise to the list. The ability to choose overall general volume is nice too; I've been sticking with the minimal lately for overall time restrictions and to allow for a little more time to do some ancillary work around a lingering injury I'm healing. Fabio has made another great program that is accessible to just about anyone with this, I'd highly recommend!
