After running variations of this program in the past, people were asking these athletes if they were using PEDs!?
They weren’t, but they were training at our gym, Skill of Strength, so we said they were “On the S.O.S.”
On the S.O.S. is a 6-week intensive program designed to improve strength, power, and muscular endurance.
This program is 3 days per week and can be executed with kettlebells or dumbbells, a barbell and your own body weight.
