    Superb Instruction

    I have a few of these online KB courses and this is the best by far. I really like Bret’s coaching style. Iron cardio is a fantastic, fun work out that balances out S&S nicely. Highly recommend!

    Iron Cardio

    This was my first experience with strong and fit and with Brett Jones. The warm up routine he describes is worth the purchase alone. Not to mention the coaching cues for each of the exercises.

    I like it

    I haven’t really tried it, but i’m excited looking forward to it. I’m training with KB since 10 years, im HKC, RKC I and RKC-B (the new german system) and now i’m preparing for the Beast Tamer Challenge. My Pistol Squat is at 40kg, the Press at 38 and the Pull Up at 32 and i think i can use IC for blowing my Press. (i’ve been playing around with IC with the 36 and it was real fun, almost meditative)
