High quality video material. No fluff: Instructions distilled to all the essentials you need to develop (or fix) your form, and no more. Do your kettlebells the way taught here and get stronger without risking injury (I seem to have fixed a minor arm discomfort associated with cleans and presses as I adjusted my form to the one suggested in this course).
