Content - Great, User Experience - Could be Optimized
The content, explanations and teaching of Brett are superb. Really like how he goes into detail for every sequence and drill. Definitely worth the purchase! However, the video player often stopped and had to reopen the player which was disrupting the drills and influenced the experience. Not really bad but something which can be worked on.

I've known Brett since February of 2002. HIs material and presentation are the best.
Excellent Product
I generally practice kettlebells on my own at home. It’s nice to be able to rely on great material like this from Brett and other Strong First instructors. There is plenty of great extras here to help me round things out in my practice and avoid injury. Highly recommended!
