Extremely well-written and easy to follow

Al’s program has the best format, aesthetics and layout I’ve ever seen for this type of product. Even if the movements in the program were terrible, I’d still give this one 5 stars.

Straight forward with no fluff. I have worked for years and now that I am over 40 my main issue is moving well and staying flexible. Al presents 3 routines that can be worked through everyday on their own or as a warmup. Includes descriptions of all the exercises. Great for anyone seeking to injury proof the body.
