A Logical Progression Into Strength

I'm glad I picked up a copy of Al Kavadlo's Old Man Strength. It got me out of a slump. I'm in the habit of doing the same exercises - pretty much - all the time when I strength train. This ebook got me doing exercises I don't normally do and it's great. Mr. Kavadlo starts with "doable" workouts and gradually gets you into more challenging exercises. It's easy to follow and makes sense. Take your time and enjoy the variety while building your Old Man Strength.

Great not only for old man

It's a superb training guide to get you really started. It provides a great intro to calisthenics trainings. I tried multiple apps so far but none of them worked for me - most probably as there were no progress, here you can continue to program on you own.
