On the S.O.S. is a 6-week intensive program designed to improve strength, power, and muscular endurance. 

This program is 3 days per week and can be executed with kettlebells or dumbbells, a barbell and your own body weight.

Mike Perry is the man!! Mike Perry helpped me tremendously throughout my UFC career. He helped me evolve from a local MMA fighter to a UFC powerhouse. Life changing results

My experience with coach Mike Perry's programming is actually life changing! Through out all my time as a high performing athlete, from high level hockey too special operations in the military and now a UFC fighter this is the most effective and comprehensive strength and conditioning I've ever seen. At the age of 32 , i move and have a way better gas tank now than I did when I was 26. I started working with Mike 4 years ago when I was fresh out of the military in that time fram he has been a crucial contributor to making my dream of fighting in the ufc become true. It's not magic it will require a lot of hardwork , determination and consistency. But if you stay the course you will see the results you want. This program simply delivers.

I have been a dedicated athlete and lifter for a long time. As a former MMA fighter and as a current Career Firefighter, my level of fitness and athletic output means more now than it ever did. I went to Coach Mike with the goal of putting on more lean muscle mass and increasing strength.
