Good book, great spreadsheet, hard program!
The meat and potatoes of this package is the spreadsheet. It takes a bit of trial and error to figure out rep maxes and what weights to use to get the most out of it. The accompanying book details what exercises to use and how to perform them. The program generator is really helpful and provides enough variety and correct reps and sets based on one's RMs. 3 sessions per week on a Light / Medium / Heavy scheme, can offer 3 to 9 different exercises per week and provide enough volume to build both strength and muscle at the same time. Fabio's work on this is remarkable, the videos do provide valuable cues to perfect form. For intermediate to advanced practitioners for sure, start light if more on the beginner side

I love that this program allows you to choose different lifts within 3 different buckets, and it tells you the reps/sets based upon your current rep max, instead of just being a cookie cutter program. Only a few weeks in, but feeling stronger already!
