Great intro to kettlebells
Pavel brings his usual clear, encouraging style to the video series. Great introduction to the essential kettlebell moves, also with an emphasis on breathing techniques.
Great program and knowledge
Great minimal programs with maximum carryover to combat sports. Lots of kettlebell exercises with demonstration and important cues
the "originator"
good, this is where a lot of modern kettlebell movement theory etc started, hard to go wrong with Pavel. Might not seem the most ground breaking but it's foundational info, well presented with good production value.
Functional training
Very similar to S&S for anyone familiar with Pavels work but with adaptations for grapplers and those who cannot do 100 swings and 10 TGU every day due to training workload
Already feel the strength increase
I started training kettlebell as a way to workout from home rehabbing a knee injury. I followed this video and followed a program and I already feel the strength increase. I was able to press a 52lb kettlebell the other day just training semi regularly with my 16 & 35lb kettlebells at home. Doing things with proper form is great and I am excited to see where it goes. I would love to personally learn from the master but this is as good as it gets at this point.
